  • Full-time coach at the highest national level in three different clubs representing the top level of national league (Kups-Volley Kuopio, PPS-Volley, Helsinki and Pallavolo Kuopio)
  • The head coach of Men MTV Näfels, Switzerland (1996 - 1998 )
  • Responsible for different kind of coach courses and youth camps in Finland and in Italia with (Andrea Zorzi, Lorenzo Bernardi, Paolo Borgi, Marco Paolini, Andrea Burattini, Tuomas Sammelvuo etc.)

  • Three (3) Finnish Junior´s (under 20) Championship and one silver medal
  • European School Champion; selected to all star Team
  • Two YMCA European, four YMCA Scandinavian and Three (3) YMCA Championships
  • Seven (7) Finnish Senior Championships, two (2) silver and four (4) bronze medals
  • Eight (8) Finnish Cup Championships and two (2) silver medals
  • Five (5) Scandinavian Championships
  • Three times in the final round of the European Champion Cup: 1979, 1980 and 1981; twice named to All Star Team
  • Professional player in Turkey (Escasibasi -77-78) , appeared in the European Cup winners Cup Final 1978
  • Turkish champion and Winner 1978
  • Selected four times the best Finnish player
  • Selected to the All Stars Team of all times in Finland
  • Played four (4) years as a professional player; three (3) in Italy (Modena and Belluno) and one (1) year in Istanbul
  • Silver medal in the Italian Cup in 1982
  • Elected the third best player in Italy in 1984 (La Gazzetta dello Sport)
  • Played 26 juniors and 274 seniors national matches
  • As a coach, Swiss Champion and Cup winner 1998, and junior (under 15) Swiss Champion 1997 and 1998
